CX with AMSv3.12 stuck in reboot loop

My CX model D1 running AMSv3.12 will not boot up all the way. I see the http:///v3_triggerupdate.php page prompting to upgrade to 3.13, but whether I choose “Update Now” or “Update Later”, nothing ever finishes.

The server itself keeps cycling through red light, green light, beep, green flashing, red light over and over.
