The biggest surprise to me when employing Stillpoints was the magnitude of improvement under my power conditioner. I think it has something to do with so many components connecting into it so it has a multiplicative effect.
Below you can see that how I addressed resonance control with my Shunyata Denali and Spectral amp. Both sit on Stillpoints Ultra SS with the optional Ultra Base underneath. The Base then rests on Soundeck feet. Rack is from Quadraspire with bamboo shelves. My only two HRS damping plates sit on these two components with the thicker one on the amp. My DAC sits on a similar arrangement but with no damping plate on top. The Antipodes server sits only on the Ultra SS.
My Aerial 10T speakers are most extensively treated because the bang for buck there was most substantial. Stillpoints Ultra SS under the head section help to isolate it from the base section. Under the base are Stillpoints Ultra 6. These sit on Soundeck feet, which in turn sit on a bamboo cutting board.
