Hi, excuse me if this has be addressed elsewhere, I am new and could not find anything. I bought an older DSX server and am using it in a second system. When I first set it up with Squeeze/iPeng I was able to get the Qobuz plug in and the app showed up and it played my content . Since i moved the unit to a different location I cannot get Qobuz and I have tried using the LMS page to add the Qobuz plug in but everytime I try to open the zip file I am sent to the Java download page to get the current version. I have it already, I have manually and using their tool removed it and reinstalled it but I keep getting sent back to this page. My cd collection in the library still works perfectly. I’m hoping someone can help.
I did clear cache on my browser and tried different browsers.
Wild guess - but it sounds like your DSX may be running a very old version of the operating system. You may want to consider arranging a support call to see if it can be straightened out.
There is no opening of zip files required for plugin install using the Squeeze interface.
It’s handled by Squeeze.
Inside Squeeze, go to Squeeze Server, locate the plugins or Manage plugins, the current Qobuz version is 3.7.0
If the plugin is that then there are other issues.
May be best to go to Circle and book a session if required, as per the post above.
Hi , if I open squeeze inside of the app Qobuz does not show up as an option. Clicking on settings I can get Qobuz setup but when I try to open that please see attached screenshot
Hi guys, I think I have solved the problem myself. I restarted and re-installed Squeeze and then Qobuz showed up in the apps. From there I could use setup Qobuz to sign in to my account. Thanks for your assistance.
