At Antipodes Audio, we pride ourselves on the quality of our units and support. Where an issue cannot be fixed via email or phone communication, and remote access support is required, we use AnyDesk too remotely connect to your server. When requesting remote support, to speed up our response, you can download and install AnyDesk on your computer and advise the AnyDesk ID along with your request.
