Restore factory default settings and update software on a K50

After having fiddling around today trying to achieve the setting HQPe Server → HQPe (player) NAA endpoint, i have probably made my system corrupt. I want to have information how to reset the K50 to defaults and at the same time making sure all softwares are working corrctly and are up to date. How is that done?

Hi there, there is no factory reset.

Apps can be reinstalled, via the dashboard.

If you require a full reset this can be performed via remote access support session.
