Server name can’t be changed right

i have a question about the serbver name in the myantipodes menu. I have a CX Server but I can’t change the name from EX to CX in the configurations. Can someone help ?

You have done what is required.
Rebooting and clearing the browser cache should do the trick

I tried the way you described, but the same result, server name is still EX

The server name is CX (just above IP Address). EX is the model id:

I imagine Antipodes Support will have to correct that via remote login.
