The problem of rip

My p1 cannot regularly rip CDs.

I have monitored the status of P1 through the website, but it stops at the first stage for almost 10 minutes. Then, I tried the second time to rip, P1 direct ejects my cd.

I have tried cx and ex to work with p1, but not work all. I am certain that there are some unknown problems with my cx/ex since I connect my PC to p1, p1 works very well ~
