Is it always possible to upgrade a K50 G2 or G3 to G4?And a K21 G3 to G4?

No, the upgrade window has closed for G4 Upgrades.
All, G2, G3 and G4 devices will be able to be upgraded to G5 if and when that is released.

When you say all G2, G3 and G4 devices will be able to be upgraded to G5 when that is released; does that mean my Oladra upgraded CX & EX (which I believe would be G3) are on the list?

No, I’m talking about K21, K22, K30, K40, K41, K50 and OLADRA and there is no set date for release, yet to be confirmed.
CX and EX and all other models have no further upgrade available.

I am an recent owner of an K50 (second hand bought about 1,5month ago in Sweden) which Prince managed to reconfigure remotely and make it work for me last night. he worked harfor about 40minutes to fix all issues.
I can now listen to my music on Qobuz. Super Great help provided by Prince !

The G4 Upgrade program finished on 30 August 2024.
Is there going to be a G5 upgrade this year?
As of right now, we have no timeline for future Upgrade.

What is Antipodes’ policy on upgrading hardware and software for older products?
Will the K50 G2/G3 at some point become too old to upgrade, say if there ever comes a G6, G7 or even G8?
And will a K50 G2/G3 at some point risk becoming to slow or underpowered for having an AMSV7 or 8 update?
Past history suggests that there will come a point when hardware updates are no longer offered for legacy devices.
I don’t believe that there are any devices that are now ineligible to receive AMS. If I’m correct, then it’s likely that this will remain the case. AMS itself is extremely lightweight. My guess is that it will remain that way. The Server apps are different. A future update to Roon, for example, might render it unusable on an older device. It’s likely already is too much for some of the earliest Antipodes servers.

Does anybody know what an AMSV5 would cost?

Antipodes Audio does not charge for over-the-air software updates.
We do charge for physical hardware upgrades, when available.

What will be the charge for person who wants to update the K50 from G2 to G5? That would require a physical upgrade as I understand.
Future upgrade programs have yet to be announced, no information is available at this time.
