I have been asked by Roon support to send logs to them. My core is on a CX AMS3.1; can you please tell me how to extract the Roon logs from the CX?

Hi All,

My CX & Ex won’t show up on my network on my Antipodes, I have turned off at the mains and restarted my server and router several times but still won’t show oThey connect to Roon and play perfectly but have disappeared off my Antipodes, has this happened to anybody else, any ideas how to fix.

I have an s30 I am using as server and player. .The source in player settings is s30 the App is Squeeze but in Server settings App field is 'Not available" .I cannot get it to accept Squeeze in there? Can get details of music being accessed from ssd stream but no sound. Help
