Is there a difference in AES3 vs S/PDIF (or BNC) output of a S20 Reclocker to a Lampizator Golden Gate DAC?

Our preference is AES, but depends on the cables used and DAC and your ears :slight_smile:

I am using a Black Cat Silver Star MK II with BNC. I do not have a AES3 cable. What recommendations can you make, I would like to try AES3. My preference is to budget $1000 USD but I am flexible. I would prefer a neutral cable that doesn’t add or subtract or get in the way.
