Hi, I have a antipodes ex. It works pretty well for me for a long time. until just last week it, I can’t find it on my network anymore, myantipodes can’t find it, nor upnp can find it. Tried to connect it on different routers and wifi extenders, still the same, but the machine is good in greenlights and Ethernet port blinking. Is it a upgrade firmware issue?
does the device show up in your IP tables in the routher and shows up via a lan scan?

No it doesn’t show up on myantipodes. One symptom I noticed is that it started when one time I shut it down from the front panel by pressing the bottom once but it kept blinking for the whole night, then I powered it down. After that the ip is missing from myantipodes

If it doesnt then there is either a network issue or the EX requires service
I tried on ip scan but it doesn’t show up. Is it normal to not able to turn the machine off? And is it possible to service the unit in Canada?

Got it, thanks, I’ll try with some different routers if still not work guess need to send it back.
I sometimes have the same issue. In that case you could try to assign a fixed ip adress to the mac adress of your EX, that is if this is known. After a restart (soft or really switching off the EX) it could work. If not service might be the best alternative

Have you tried the My Antipodes app by chance? It has worked for me as of late when other methods have not.
