Big shout out to the way Antipodes support customers via online help. They just helped me solve a problem with Roon/Tidal as it related to my K50 playing MQA files. Very helpful chat session with Matt and in particular very patient with a slow 60+ year old who only know how to spin vinyl.
Should be a model for all products, not just Audio.
