App "Not available"

Not sure what happened here. I’d been using Squeeze server on my CX. I unsuccessfully connected an Antipodes Edge to to my system - I believe this is an irrelevant question now. Thwarted, I thought I’d be able to return directly to the CX, alas the CX registers all of the same information when it worked, but not it reads “not available” as shown in the attachment.

I’ve tried to include a screen shot to show the settings and message, not sure if it’s going to work.

The Player Setting for SOURCE is set to NONE
Go to the drop-down and select your source.
Also looks like you have an available software update.
