Have lost the ability to connect to the dashboard server or player with my K30 via myantipodes.com
Can connect to the k30 no problems via Finder and no issue playing files.
Tried with different browsers and by IP address, but to no avail. Done the all off and on again trick as well.
OSX 15.1, VPN off.
Thoughts please?
Please use SETUP from our website:
Also, ensure you have Private Relay turned OFF:
Thanks Mark. Did not know you had released an app, but that works on my iPhone. Still cannot connect via my computer. Tried with Brave, Firefox and Safari.
- Check that the music server is on (‘ready’ light on), and lights are flashing on the rear panel network port ALL GOOD
- Try using the myantipodes app - it should find any Antipodes on your network, even if you are using a VPN, as long you are running AMSv4 or later THIS WORKS
- If you prefer to use our website and you are using a vpn, disable the vpn, reboot the music server and try again DOES NOT WORK
- Turn off your music server, turn off the device you are using to connect to the music server, turn off your router and any network switch between them, wait 1 minute, restart your router and any switch, and when internet access is restored by your router, turn on your music server DOES NOT WORK
- Try a network sniffer app or log into your router to discover the IP Address of your Antipodes music server, and then enter the IP Address in a browser’s address bar DOES NOT WORK
Is Private Relay OFF?
If the network scan does not find the Antipodes on the computer, you are likely connected to a subnet.
Book a support session…
The K30 is on the network and able to be used; the issue is with the computer that cannot find it.
