I have a K30 and when I open the App it states “ no Antipodes device found. I have rebooted which did not correct the fault. Additionally my MacBook can see the server and the player. Each can be opened via the Mac and the folders are visible. Can anyone help please
Nick
If you mean it was not found on an iPad, the iPad needs to be shut down completely and restarted. Or at least that worked for me when it happened.
Yes, I have turned off both my iPhone and iPad but neither can open my K30 via the App
Check Settings to see if iCloud Private Relay is turned on. This can keep your K30 from being discovered.
I seem to have the same issue on my K30, been through the on off routines but cannot access My Antipodes via the app or the website. Everything works, just no access to My Antipodes.
There was also this MyAntipodes Maintenance which may have affected something?
Hi kennyb123
I have private relay on, but now obtained I P address and managed to log in through my browser. My Antipodes Dashboard now working on phone etc. Thankyou for your help
FYI I’m not using private relay
Bit more playing around, if I put the player IP address in to my browser I can access the player dashboard. However entering the server IP address returns an error and i cant access the server dashboard. So at present i can only access the player dashboard using the IP address directly in the browser.
Appreciate any thoughts on how to resolve.
I have the same problem, I als have a K30 G4 and from today I can’t open the player and server on my IPad and on my Android Phone. I don’t use ICloud. I have restarted the iPad and Phone and restarted my internet router. The problem stays……
Roon is working fine, so I can play music.
Who can help us out?

@MarkCole is this one you could advise on?
Yes, I think so…. Mark Cole😀
I’ve checked my laptop attached by cable to the internet ……and saldo here the connection with myantipodes does not work anymore,
‘Cannot find Antipodes streamer” and “ Cannot find Antipodes server” .
Everything els is working fine.
Coincidentally there appears to have been been an Apple update that has caused an issue.
If you have rebooted everything and checked that Apple Relay is disabled.
Please book a remote support session
The issue does appear to be related to K30 units?
I have had private relay on and off but doesn’t resolve the issue . Not sure it is an Apple issue
Not just K30.
Have you tried using…
If you continue to have issues as mentioned, please book a support session.
Out of interest what browser are you using?
And just like that, without me making any chnages, My Antipodes is working again with access to both player and server.
I use Safari. I have books a session at 10pm(GMT) this Sunday 10pm.
Mine has stopped working again. I can access the dashboard by directly entering the IP address in my browser but using MyAntipodes app I get a huge list of all models and IP addresses, like this:
Finding mine in that lot is a chore for sure.
