Contact via The Circle

Hi

What are people’s experiences with using the contact feature in the circle? I sent messages two NZ working days ago with no response or acknowledgement.

My issue is that since changing to a Windows 11 laptop when I use Windows file explorer to try and add new files to my library the files are hidden. Changing the file properties (unticking the hidden box) makes no difference. Going into my CX and dragging and dropping my files gets the same outcome.

Does anyone know what is going on and what changes I need to make?

This just turned up in a quick search for explorer:

Don’t worry…contact via Circle works well, but you should know that the Antipodes team was at the Vienna Hifi Show all last week…it should be back to normal within the week…
No doubt Mark Cole or Prince Pablo will answer you soon :wink:
Personally, I have my K50 at the after-sales service in Germany…and the same…no news…I hope to have information early next week :rofl:
