CX Button Lighting and State

When I power up my CX the light on the power button eventually displays as green, and I assume everything is good to go. But the Roon app cannot find the server. So I have to push the button and after some time it will go to a Red state. Then push it again and after blinking for a bit , it returns to the green state. At this point, the Roon app can find the server. Is there a trick to get the server to boot up to a working state the first time on power up?

Hi there, it doesnt sound like it is a powering issue.
Possibly a network one.
Rather than rebooting, do you restart Roon server from the Dashboard?
What AMS version are you running?

Mark, It is using AMS 5.01. I am not doing a Roon restart from the dashboard.

In this case, I do a full power down via the rear switch after first shutting down the OS using a long press on the front button.

The sequence is then power on rear button, green blinking, green solid. At this point, the Roon app cannot see it, nor can My Antipodes find it when it scans. If I do a short press on the front button, it blinks green for a while, then goes back to solid green, and the server is not visible. If I do a long press, it goes to red. Following that with a long press boots up to solid green, and then the server is visible.

This is not a big thing, but it is confusing when solid green seems to mean two things, one of which is undefined. Thanks for any insight.
