I have a cx/ex and HQplayer has not worked for months, after uploading a maxrix file. When I click on any of the tabs along top of embedded nothing happens and roon never connects. I have embedded version 4.x.
I think it has become corrupted. I’m not super technical and I am disabled, I cannot pull out wires etc. How do I reinstall hq or even put the latest version on 5.x. I have no idea how to fix and restore does nothing.

PS I have no hard drives, I stream from tidal
