CX/EX will not update


Attempting to set up my CX/EX, but it can only be seen via and it seems to be stuck at SW version 2.7. Attempts to move to 2.8 result in a process which completes within a few seconds, and is not successful in updating. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?


I don’t believe that 2.8 was intended for Antipodes servers. You should set up a support call to have your OS brought up to date.
