Yes. My EX and K30 are like this. For me it meant the presets are not being read on startup. I made my own preset and set it up the way I prefer. It was this way when I sent it in for the upgrade and hoped it would come back fixed but it didn’t. As Kenny suggests a support call can fix it. But first do your update.
