Help!! I was listening to music, and suddenly no more sound…this is what I found as a message on the K50 web page:
I should point out that I do not have a USB Dac, the K50 is connected via Digital AES/EBU to my Trinnov CI
Output should be set to Digital Audio. You may need to restart to get your DAC to be re-recognized.
Yes I know but I don’t even have the “digital audio” option anymore…I already restarted everything
The order of restarting could have impact. Perhaps try to restart both but first K50 then dac. If this does not work try the reverse order. This happened to me once long ago but managed to get it working again.

Phew…after 3 reboots, it works again, but I had to restore a Roon backup…I no longer had my albums or my playlists…thank you!

Hello… unfortunately this morning the same problem… I spent 2 hours trying to restart the system, without results… obviously the server works, but not the player… so I connected a small streamer in parallel, it works… as soon as I have a bit of time, I will request a remote troubleshooting session
Sorry to hear that. Hope you will fix it with support session. Curious what the issue is. Perhaps you could share the solution afterwards.

Well, the consultation last night with Prince took place at 5:00 AM (Paris time)… it was quick… USB card dead… I made a request for an RMA for a repair at the German importer… unfortunately, by a few months, my K50 is no longer under warranty… so the intervention will be at my expense… I hope Antipodes will be able to show some reason 
Bad news. I hope the repair will be quick and not too costly. Anyway, in a few weeks (?) you will have a great seever/player again. And nice setup you have.

Thank you very much…the K50 is removed from the rack, I have the shipping ticket, I’m just waiting for the appointment with DHL!

Hello…latest news…my K50 is clearly in good hands at the service center in Germany…
Markus, from CM-audio, updated the K50 with the AMS5.0.1 software version, and he is waiting for a small part from New Zealand before sending it back to me…
