EDGE CORE/SERVER - ROON LAGS WHILE LISTENING - MESSAGE "LOADING FROM QOBUZ / TIDAL IS SLOWED DOWN"

Hello !
I have been facing the subject messages for a long time and cannot find a solution after checking the installation / network (direct ethernet cabling from my box, connection / speed test is stated as Ok for streaming, quality of ethernet cables …) around my EDGE Server / Core
I have unforeseen and repeated interruptions while I listen to QOBUZ /TIDAL or ripped CD’s on 2x1Go SSD’s which is quite disturbing - This phenomenon is not found when I am directly listening to Qobuz / TIDAL through the BlueOS without accessing the ROON Ready option on a second BLUESOUND NODE X streamer
Can you please let me know the origin of this kind of problem : can it be solved inside the EDGE configuration or is it a bug in the ROON configuration / data base (I have been in touch with Hifi vendors who are sometimes quite critical against ROON !) - Is it a matter of SERVER lack of power / RAM …
I have about 1000 ripped CD’s and say 8000 albums in the ROON library
Thanks in anticipation for your kind assistance
Kind regards
Michel

Hi there, it is possible that the Edge is becoming under-powered for Roon operation.
There are a few factors involed however, accessing and scanning the attached SSD, I assume these are via USB and the amount of resources required for this, do you experience the issue without the SSD attached?
Could be a network issue, let us know if you have the issue without SSD and just streaming.
