Finding my KALA50 on the network

Hi,

Is it just me or is the new website structure a bit of a screwup?

On the new support page the website says it can’t find my device on the network, while I’m actually logged onto my server?

What is the correct setup url in this new messy structure to log-in to my KALA50 to adjust some settings?

We don’t actually log into our servers. What we do is access a variety of different applications and web pages that have different methods of discovering the software that’s running on our servers. Security and privacy protections running on our client devices can sometimes prevent some types of discovery from occurring

Try myantipodes.com. If you are using an Apple device and this can’t find your server, turn off iCloud private relay.

The URL from our website is:

Depending on IPv4/IPv6 handling from the ISP this can in some situations affect access to the server via Setup on the website.

Have you tried accessing the Dashboard from myantipdes.com, as mentioned by Ken in the forum post above:

http://myantipodes.com/

And launching the AMS Dashboard from the Player.

Another way to access the AMS Dashboard is by using the IP address of the player to access the dashboard directly:

http://IP address of the Player/dashboard.php

We also have Android and iOS apps for myantipodes from phones and tablets to assist with access.

If none of the alternative methods work for you, the team would need to take a look via remote access, we have a new user hub called Circle instructions for Circle here:
