Finding my new CX on my Dashboard

Trying to intagrate my CX server with my DS. My network sees the CX, but I don’t see the CX in the dashboard window. I want to select the CX as my server in the dashboard. I’ve booked a support appt. , but maybe someone can give me some suggestions before the appt. Then I can save Antipodes some time. I’m posting to screenshots here. You can see in the drop down menu only the DS appears.

I think I’ve figured this out. The CX has a 2.7 version, my DS has AMS 5.0.
