Hello everyone, I would need the help of someone who has experience with Remastero PGGB, I am evaluating the trial version and I can’t remaster the FLAC 16/4.1 files to 16fS (because it only allows me to convert to Wv format, which then is not read at all by ROON of the K50 V4 AMS v5. The same thing happens with the conversion from DSD64 to DSD512. I use Squeeze/Roon and DAC is Aqua Formula xHD. There is probably something I’m doing wrong, but I don’t understand what.
Hello Luigi, I do have the Same, with high upsamples its output is WAV. I convert it to Flac with a program called XRECODE 3. Very cheap and fantastic program, converts almost everything up and down…

Thanks for the info, unfortunately I use Mac systems. The doubt that comes to me is that the K50 operating system does not support files larger than 4gb.
The default is to output to WAV for PCM. These are playable by all the software provided by AMS 5.
Squeeze/Roon is limited to either DSD64 or DSD128. The best way to play DSD from PGGB is to use Squeeze alone. If you want to stick with Roon, to play DSD512 you need either Roon/Roon or HQPlayer/Roon. Roon/Roon doesn’t support 48k rates though so as a workaround one must choose the following option in PGGB.
One thing I recently found out is the AMSv5 file manager does not like those large files. In order to get them into the K50 hard drive you need to use finder and drop into the K50 server directly. I have no problem dropping 20 GB DSD512 albums.
