How to edit my support session

Hi all,
I booked a Support Session, but forgot to enter my Anydesk ID. I can’t seem to find my appointment to edit the details.
Anyone know if that’s possible ? Or do I wait for Antipodes to email just prior to my appt and ask me for the Anydesk ID ?
Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

from memory and it was a few years ago, I went into Anydesk or whatever they were using at the time and set everything up, which generated a code and then waited for a Antipodes support email which gives you their code and to which you reply with yours and away you go. I hope this helps.

If you do not include your AnyDesk ID in the support request, no worries, we always send an email prior requesting the details :slight_smile:

Thanks for the info, it would’ve help if there was a confirmation email to confirm the appointment.
I booked an appointment for 7:00pm est. today. Looks like I’ve been stood up. I’ll try for another appt. This is unusual for Antipodes, it’s not the norm to miss an appt.

There is a confirmation email, and we emailed you prior at the supplied email address

Hi Mark, I’ve been monitoring my email since 6pm est, with nothing showing up. Unless I entered the wrong email on the support request. Regardless seems this sessions has passed. I’ll book another session. :frowning:
