Is there any reboot or restart procedure when the server does not react anymore? No green nor yellow light to be seen. Simple from power taken has no effect. Cannot see the device on network.
Hi there, if you cannot power down from the front button and there are no lights, remove the SMPS power Supply, and ensure it has a correctly seated IEC cable with the light illuminated on the SMPS brick. Re-insert, push and hold the front button for 1-2 seconds, if the unit does not start it will require service, reaching out to your dealer would be best.
