I’ve been trialing HQ player (thanks to one support session already) and liked it enough to buy the license. So I’ve downloaded the license key to my laptop and uploaded onto HQ player which tells me I have been successful. Trouble is nothing changes and I am still on the trial version, what am I missing here?

I’ve tried restarted everything as well and no joy.
Be sure to click the upload button after selecting the file. If that doesn’t solve it, contact Signalyst. They provide excellent support for licensing issues.

have the version 4 in the Antipodes.
There is a new system version for the Antipodes that has the version 5
HQPlayer in it available for download.”
Does this mean I have to wait for Antipodes AMSV5 update so it can then update HQ player?
Set up a support session and see if Antipodes will install AMS v5 for you.
