K 50 G4 after approx.20 day´s bad sound after restart ok again

Hello I bought a new server K 50 and allways after approx. 20-30 day´s the music soundes horrible to much bass and hights.
When I restart the server via the standby buttom it sounds fantastic again.
What could be the reason ?
Should I restart the server with thw standby buttom or would it be better to restart via web?

You can restart the server and player software via the AMS Dashboard if required.
What software are you using?
