K22 Dashboard inoperable?

I cannot control my K22 via dashboard any longer? Interestingly, it now shows a player and a server window with server saying that an update is available. If I click on ‘Update’ the link fails to connect with a ‘failed to open page’ message.

What is going on?

Hi there, in your screenshot, the Dashboard is set to Dis-able Server, see arrows in pic…

You need to re-enable the server via the drop-down.

I just started seeing something similar but server device appears to be set correctly. I booked a support call but was wondering how this behavior could just change. Seeing the similar screenshot above has me even more curious.

Your issue appears, on the face of it, to be different. However, it could well be the same.

The K50 has a corrupt PHP file that stops the Player from communicating with the Server.
This is remedied by running a script on the Player via remote support.

If the Antipodes Audio main database server is offline and the Player request returns a null result, this issue can occur, we did have an outage here in New Zealand.
