K50 cannot be updated to AMS v5.0.0

Hello: I have entered myantipodes of my K50 and I have seen that the new version appeared ready to update. I have tried to do it on both Mac and Windows and this notification appeared.


I have tried to remove the Firewall, turn off the computer, the router, turn it back on, etc.
I have re-entered myantipodes and the possibility of updating no longer appears.

I have a Muon Pro System installed. Can this be the problem for a good connection to myantipodes? Or is it better to make an appointment with support?

That’s currently the only way to get your device updated. Automatic updates were disabled.
