My Edge will not power up

Hi, I know this is an older product but I’m hoping there is an easy fix.
Basically what happened was the unit was on standby and the local electricity company decided to shut off power to several homes, mine included. Power was restored 20 minutes later however, the Edge will not boot up. The power supply is on but nothing, no matter how long I press the front button.
FYI - Unit is running as Roon server to PS Audio DSD mk1 with bridge.

Hi there, you will need to check the fuses to confirm they are blown/not blown

Hi Mark, I checked fuses with a DMM, they are fine. As I said the PS is on and there is a blue light on. I measured the output voltage at 12vdc. The cpu does have a green light on when there is power supplied however the unit fails to initiate. I measured 5 vdc at the power switch, pressing the power switch/button does nothing.
