Dear Support folks from Antipodes,
I have a K50 since many years but never installed it since I was busy changing location.
I will be in my new location (Portugal) from 21 to 31/10 and would like to get your support through online session as Teams to help me with the installation and setup.
The K50 is installed but I cannot see it on my network network to go further…
I tried various RJ-45 cables… same result…
I guess this is something linked to the fact that I connect the K50 to the switch with a wire and using WIFI with my mac. Somehow I noticed these have two different sub networks…
Anyway this starts to be to complicated for me and I need help as I would like to make it work in the coming two weeks including a S10 MELCO data switch I also invested into.
Can a support session be organised during Portugal time zone? What is your advises and proposals?

You need to remove the sub-networks, if you are using a wifi extender turn off DHCP.

Here an Antipodes user from Portugal too (Lisbon).
Best solution is to book a support session.
They are very accessible and efficient (never found any other company with such commitment for their customers.)
In our time zone, the first session support slot is at 22 o’clock if I’m not mistaken.
