New Mac Mini can't connect to "server address"

(Dumb question alert)
My system:
CX (AMS 4.0) and K21(AMS 5.01) (trying the latter)
These worked connected to my former Mac Mini i7 Mojave OS.
Operated properly, i.e. Computer could see both, access the SSD drives as well as Squeeze and play music.
No problems.
replaced with i7 with an M4 Mac Mini
M4 sees CX and K21. Can see the music loaded on those servers.
When I try to open the CX AND the K21 I get a “Unable to connect” message.
Where do I go next?

Is Apple Relay enabled? If so, turn it OFF.

Mark:
I’m the same person as K21CXer. Apple Relay no longer enabled. Rebooted computer, and same message/result.

Any VPN enabled, if so dis-able.
So you are using SETUP from our website and see both unit’s, but cannot get to the Dashboards?
Possibly some form of security.
