Problems upgrading from AMS v4.1 to v4.2

Hi @MarkCole , I tried to update my CX/EX to v4.2, but no luck, it stays on v4.1. I did the CX first, rebooted, and then EX, rebooted, but still saying 4.1 and inviting me to upgrade. I have tried 3 times with no change. Anything fixable via this chat or do I book an appointment? Thanks, Torben

I had the same problem and booked an appointment. Issue was solved in ~10 mins.
