Hi there, currently, there appears to be a Roon + QOBUZ API issue with playlist etc,
We are aware, however this is a Roon and Qobuz issue and they are working on the remedy.
I see the empty page. I also get a red flag saying, “Error Loading Page” when I click on Qobuz in the Roon menu. The page eventually loads.
I thought it was me. I rebooted everything to no avail.
I originally thought that might just be a problem due to my adopting the Apple Tahoe O/S, it seems not though (I didn’t check my iPad). But be aware that Tahoe & Roon Remote are not getting along too well.
I was getting a number of issues with launching Roon Remote on my MacBook Pro (although relatively few issues once launched). It appears from what I’ve read elsewhere that I’m not the only one, as I’ve seen a number of posts on the subject. Attempting to re-download a new copy of Roon Remote using the link on the Roon website to the App Store now shows the message…
Electron allows developers to write once and then have their apps work across multiple operating systems. It very well could be what Roon’s client was developed for. An update should be forthcoming.
From the above Roon link…
I’m starting to wonder if the CD adherents have a point. I’ve nearly run out of digits on which to count the months we’ve been waiting for the resolution of the Antipodes s/w issues and cavalier seems a fair description of Qobuz’s attitude to the experience of their users (releasing an API update which screws up integration with other tools they know their subscribers use).
At the moment I’m getting a second class experience in return for first class pricing ![]()
Roon is not Antipodes, Qobuz is not Antipodes.
We have zero control over Roon and it’s integrations.
If you have issues that arent Qobuz Roon related feel free to reach out or make a separate forum post.
There have been major AWS outages that have affected both Tidal and Qobuz services, websites and apps globally.
