Software for remote connection

I would need to submit my K50 to remote support and I would like to know what software is used by the Antipodes team for remote connection. Tks

Thanks for the reply, I have another question. I am in Italy and the K50 is located in the studio (far from home), the sessions are all at night for me, is it possible not to be present during the assistance intervention?

My experience with Antipodes Support is you book an appointment from available shown dates and times with Antipodes. I was present to interact with Support and AnyDesk is interactive for you to enter information and Chat. It was also useful to assist in opening/closing/accessing info on my desktop per Antipodes request during the session.

Luigi, I am in a similar situation but in Australia. I have found the remote sessions to typically require some communication via AnyDesk and therefore recommend that you are present when the support session is active. Rob

I am the German distributor for Antipodes. Unattended access via Anydesk is doable and in many cases sufficient for helping you.
