Software issues

Hi Guys

I work for an Antipodes dealer in London. I have acquired an Oladra at home a couple of days ago. It was working really well however this morning I noticed that there were some issues.

Firstly it’s online, it can be seen on myantipodes display the ip addresses and information. I can drop files into the server through the file explorer. Roon works as a server but not as a player.

When you try to access the solution dashboard it hangs for around 5 minutes finally showing this screen


It shows all server apps offline, no storage available and all the information at the bottom is gone. No serial number, no software version. Nothing. Like the unit has somehow lost the software on it.

The player section seems fine.

If I try to click the software update button on the server section it hangs for another 5 minutes and then says “cannot connect because the server isn’t responding”.

Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve booked at support call with antipodes tomorrow evening.
