Squeeze server will not stay off

I am having some odd behavior and am looking for any insight. Here is what is going on:

Decided to try Jplay so enabled Minimserver and selected the “MPD with MinimServer” preset. Dashboard refreshes and looks like this (all is good):

I come back to the Dashboard a few minutes later and Squeeze server is running:

Obviously things still function but I would rather not be running anything I don’t need.

Clicking the lock icon should terminate it. If that doesn’t do it, book a support session.
