Tidal seems to be stuck in 320kbps MP4 even though settings is for lossless

Having trouble with Tidal playing lossles and HiRez lately.
It seems to be stuck only in 320kbps wven the settingbis for CD FLAC. And Hi Tez setting seems to be no longer available in the plug-in.
I have confirmed thag my Tidal is for Hi Rez on my mojile.phone and plays Hi Rez on the phone.
I have uninstall the Tidal Plug-in in the Squeeze server and reinstall. Problem remains.
Anyone else seeing this issue?

This is a known issue on the Lyrion forums. No so,ution at present. Something about how the plugin presents itself to Tidal. Still works on roon and Jplay.

An update from Lyrion.

v1.8.1 might address the FLAC issue. I’ve only been testing it for about an hour… You’ll have to re-authenticate after installation.

I’ve installed and tested. It brings you CD quality at least.

Manage your plugins.
Tidal should be 1.8.1
Restart
Go back to manage plugins and Tidal
Logout
Restart
Re add your account and set for CD quality
Restart
Should now get at least CD quality

I had 320 also and advised as per the info from Lyrion forum.
Now at CD quality on Tidal Local or v1.8.1

If you do not have v1.8.1 or are having problems installing it, please book a remote session and the team can update the plugin from 1.5.1 to 1.8.1

Note, the remote support booking process has changed over to Circle our “User Hub”
If you havent already, create an accout and register your device on Circle and click “Assistance” and follow the instructions for booking a remote support session.
