First of all I couldn’t sign into the forum as there’s a completely new webpage when I accessed my existing bookmark & I had to start from scratch adding details.
Secondly I can no longer access my K50 dashboard from its network IP address which is the only way I could previously get access. How do I now get access to the dashboard on my K50?
As an update to the above I find I can access the entry dashboard from myantipodes.com but only if I first disable private relay (Mac). That’s not exactly convenient, which is why I had the IP address bookmarked in the first place & I’m sure I can’t be the only one to have previously accessed the dashboard this way…I still can’t go further than the opening page though, so I still can’t actually manage either player or server.
I’ve actually tried that & whilst I can get to the opening page of the dashboard with Private Relay turned off, clicking on the manage sections for either player or server doesn’t actually work & I end up with a blank screen.
Roon playing through Squeeze works fine so there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong on the K50 as such, it’s just that I can’t manage either server or player anymore.
I’ve also tried manual re-booting to no avail & also tried via another Mac, two iPads & my iPhone. I’ve never had any issues before today apart from having to access from the IP address if Private Relay was turned on (which it generally always is).
As well as checking the IP address hadn’t changed, I also tried entering the address via other devices too & I’ve still been unable to gain dashboard access. The storage is also still accessible via finder & like I said the unit is still working using Roon server & Squeeze player. However should I ever need to change any settings or update any future software I have zero access to do so.

I had many problems accessing My K50’s Dashboard - the usual route didn’t work!
Try : www.myantiopdes.com It has worked for me.
Also shocked to see the New Units that are bereft of OUTPUTS. IF this is so ( and not Beta Pictures of the forthcoming New models ) I will KEEP my K50 for sure.

Oh! to note : My K50 is no longer showing as been Registered ( did it over 2 years ago ) so I have redone it and wriiten an eMail direct to Mark Cole !!
No that doesn’t work for me. It gets me to the dashboard opening page & even then only so long as Private Relay is turned off but either of the manage buttons just lead to a blank screen.
I’ve owned my K50 a few years & again it was previously registered but no longer showing as being so. It’s a bit awkward to get to in the rack & I can’t actually find the serial number to re-register it. I may have to take the unit out just to find the number.

If you pull up the Dashbord you will see the Serial number along with other details of the player / server. You will have to re-register - it’s contained within the login details for the "circle " web page etc. It will send you a confirmation code to your email address etc. I did mine , eventually , a few hours ago. It is a NIGHTMARE what Antipodes has done and whoever designed this new format for accessing one’s Antipodes Units ( Oladra , Kala ) needs to explain their reasoning behind it all. Most confusing and really stresses one up ! Sorry I can’t provide any screen shots to assist you. If no joy - Book a Session or ask your Dealer for Help ? Hope you are able to resolve it? Thanks, but that’s no joy as I can’t get as far as to see that information. I can only get as far as showing the first screen that shows player & server along with the IP address for each. Either of the manage buttons (for want of a better description) merely take me to a blank screen.

2) email - Antipodes ( Mark Cole or Prinz ) should be at work soon approx. 0800 hours there soon. They should pick up there emails ?

I noted my registration was removed on my Dashboard. I went to the Circle website and reregistered my K50 and saved the registration via the Camerata User Profile on the camerata.app website, referred to as Circle. This webpage shows the registration as Saved. However, registration is still not shown on my dashboard, even when refreshed. Possibly the Dashboard registration will not reflect the registration done via Camerata User Profile. I am making an assumption that we will continue to use the existing Dashboard to configure our Antipodes Player and Server configurations until G5 updates and possible hardware upgrades. Using current Dashboard appears to be the case per my reading on Camerata website. There is also reference to Oladra Play app which can be downloaded at play stores for Windows, Apple and Android. It looks like it will replace Dashboard when G5 is released. I was able to download at Apple but not find my K50 at this time.
I suspect there will be no shortage of confused existing customers on all this. I also suspect there will be more clarification via the Forum. Per my reading the G5 updates/upgrades will not be available until 3rd quarter of this year.
Despite the fact I’ve owned my K50 for a few years & it’s been registered previously, it’s no longer showing as registered. I can’t re-register the unit as I can’t access the dashboard to obtain the serial number & the new help centre states that to obtain assistance I have to have the unit registered…Absolutely brilliant!
I can now finally access the dashboard & hopefully so can any others suffering the same issue…After sending a message to Mr Mark Cole describing the problem along with a screen shot I assume he’s done something to fix it as I can now access the dashboard from the IP address. If that was indeed down to you Mark, then well done in addressing the issue so promptly.
