Antipodes Remote Support

At Antipodes Audio, we pride ourselves on the quality of our units and support.

Where an issue cannot be fixed via email or phone communication, and remote access support is required, we use AnyDesk too remotely connect to your server.

When requesting remote support, to speed up our response, you can download and install AnyDesk on your computer and advise the AnyDesk ID along with your request.

AnyDesk must be installed on a PC or Mac connected to the same network as your Antipodes device. Please note, that we cannot use an iPad or Android device for remotes.

Unattended Access can enable us to configure and install functions to your server without the need for you to be around, this is handy where time zone difficulties are encountered.
